Network

With almost 20 years experience, Eric has formed an extensive list of vendors, from architects and builders to artists and brokers, and furniture retailers and wholesalers. Trade discounts with a number of manufacturers often come in handy where savings to a budget are needed to make room for other items.

How I Work

Initial In-Home Consult and Planning

After an initial visit to measure and get planning ideas from you I create a work contract and an initial deposit to begin the 3D modeling on design ideas within a digital representation of your newly designed space.

Presentation of photo-realistic rendered images

A series of realistic renders and digital walk-throughs of the design ideas are submitted for your review and approval and we work from this to make changes were necessary. (sample image of one of my 3D rendered designs in this image).

The Furnishing Process

Once the design is finalized and agreed upon, I oversee the process of ordering furniture, overseeing any contractor or in-home/on-site workers, delivery receipts when required to be available to receive deliveries of large furniture items and make sure all pieces are placed where they are supposed to be until we complete the project.
